I am fortunate to have both investment property and a primary residence here in Ft. Lauderdale, many of which have been facilitated by Susan. That said, I do believe it’s wise to keep an open mind and evaluate new partners. With the booming real estate market as it is today, so many realtors contact me making the choice to select the best one to represent me extremely difficult. Yet, upon meeting Susan you instantly feel comfortable and gain confidence that not only will she do a superior job, but that she has everyone’s best interests in mind. That has remain constant in all the years we have worked together. For example, just recently I decided to move and hired Susan. Although she could generate a nice commission check from me either selling and/or purchasing another property, it was Susan who suggested we wait for the right opportunity rather than making an impulse buying decision which now are very grateful to her for as it was not the right home for us. You don’t find that every day! And with regards to our own home, Susan is the first to advise us on what would be truly best for our family as opposed to thinking of herself and us as another listing. There is no doubt that she has the best marketing, sales skills, staging, and a huge network to facilitate an easy transaction. However, it is her exceptional professionalism and integrity that sets Susan apart. Her reputation is well deserved and I am very grateful to have her on our side.
