Stiles Corp. CEO Kenneth L. Stiles and wife Brittany Stiles sold their waterfront home in Fort Lauderdale for $2.9 million. The 4,686-square-foot home at 1509 S.E. 12th St. was bought by Robert T. Taylor Jr. and Martha Elizabeth Taylor. Sandra Tagliamonte of One Sotheby’s International Realty represented the sellers while Susan Rindley, also of One Sotheby’s International, represented the buyer. The price equated to $619 per square foot. The Stiles bought the home for $2.54 million in 2017. It was built on the 12,500-square-foot site in 2011. Stiles became CEO of the Fort Lauderdale-based Stiles Corp. in early 2017. His father, the late Terry Stiles, led the company to become one of the largest developers in South Florida. Kenneth Stiles has led it to start more major projects, including the Main Las Olas. Earlier this year, Stiles bought the home lots at 1100 and 1108 S.E. Sixth St., Fort Lauderdale.
