Miami Named #4 City For U.S. Smart Home

A recent report from Realtor.com names Miami as the U.S.’s #4 city for super-cool, have-to-have-it, intuitive and gadget-friendly “smart homes.” Using this definition of smart-home technology: “products or tools that aid in controlling a home’s functions, such as lighting or temperature, either remotely by a connected device or with a separate automatic system within the home itself,” the Realtor.com team found that Phoenix was the #1 city for all-things-interconnected, remote-controlled, safe and smart.
