Sea Ranch Lakes
A tiny Fort Lauderdale-area town named for the landmark Sea Ranch Hotel, Sea Ranch Lakes is located on North Ocean Drive (aka A1A), on the east side of The Intracoastal and surrounded by Lauderdale-by-the-Sea.
Most of the village is a gated community, rounded out by a private beach club and a public shopping plaza. The Sea Ranch Beach Club owns all property within the village, including the oceanfront property on which the actual beach clubhouse and pool are built. The Beach Club also boasts 300 feet of beach for the exclusive use of Sea Ranch Lakes residents.
Sea Ranch Lakes Florida, home of Lake Seneca and Lake Cayuga, is conveniently located near all that Fort Lauderdale has to offer and just minutes from Fort Lauderdale Beach. Residents and guests enjoy the feel of a tiny town while still being in the middle of everything. While tiny, SRL is considered its own Broward County municipality, and as such has its own mayor and police force, among other features.
